This is maybe the most important stage. We can do a site visit before the architect to give you an idea on costs before instructing an architect to carry out any work. If you already have drawings we can work from these and if required give any cost saving options.

Working with a trusted team, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. From start to finish and quality control, we stay focused on the goal. 

The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, final inspections and any snagging required. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
